and Conditions
These
Terms and Conditions are intended for your safety and ease of
use of our services. They should be read and
understood before making a booking. We have tried
our best to keep the fine print to a minimum, but the
following terms are necessary for the benefit of everyone who
stays at Margaret River B&B. By making a booking with us,
you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and
conditions.
Your accommodation includes en-suite facilities, parking
on the premises and breakfast as specified elsewhere on this
website.
Booking/Payment/Cancellation Policy
No deposit
will be charged. Full payment will be taken up to 3 days
prior to your arrival.
If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before your date of
arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified within 3 days of arrival or in case
of no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged and if the
booking is within a public holiday, long weekend, concert
weekend or any weekend from December to March, 100% of the
second night will also be charged.
Reservations
made through a booking agency will upon cancellation attract
said booking agency’s administration fee in addition to
Margaret River B&B fees & charges.
As the online booking system is in real time, it is possible
for a room to sell out before your purchase process is
completed. If this occurs the customer's search results
will expire and the customer will need to begin the search
process again. Margaret River Bed and Breakfast takes no
responsibility for rooms becoming not available during the
course of the booking procedure.
The Margaret
River B&B reserves the right to cancel a booking at any
stage. All payments will be fully refunded in such
unlikely event or if possible we will endeavour to find you
accommodation of equivalent or better standards.
We strongly
recommend that guests take out travel/cancellation
insurance.

Your room will be ready for you by 3pm on the day of arrival,
and check out time is 10:30am on the last day of your

demonstrate how to use the equipment. There are also
written instructions in the room. Guests must follow the
instructions for using the TV’s, Spas and other electrical
equipment. Failure to do so may leave guests liable for any
damage they cause.

all doors and windows are locked and the keys are
returned. Please check that you take all your property
with you as we cannot guarantee the security after you
depart. We do try to contact you if you have left
something behind and can arrange for their return if required.
Damaged or Missing Property: The person
booking the room or the cardholder is deemed to be responsible
for their actions and those of any of their party. The
Margaret River B&B reserves the right to replace, with
new, any missing, damaged or soiled items. Any additional

lost property. On request, lost property will be returned via
a pre-paid and addressed Australia Post envelope or courier at

Bushwalking: It is strongly advised
that guests do not go walking through the bush away from paths
and tracks. Although snakes are very rare, they may be
present in the bush and may bite if startled and most of our
snakes are poisonous. Keeping to the tracks will also
help preserve the bush as the vegetation and soil is
fragile. If guests choose to go bushwalking they do so
at their own risk. For your own safety, please advise
the host if you are going for a long walk and always take
plenty of water if the day will be hot. Your host will
be happy to advise on picturesque walking trails for you to
enjoy.
Risk of Falling Branches: Our large gum
trees (Eucalypts) particularly the Marri and the Jarrah trees
have a habit of dropping branches, whether the tree is dead or
alive. This is due to insect attack (termites and
borers) or water stress and can occur randomly and even
without any wind. Although extremely rare events, please
do not park under large branches and do not picnic under large
trees without first assessing the risk.
