This specially built B&B is surrounded by nine acres of beautiful pristine Western Australian bush in a hot-spot of wildflower diversity. Loaring Place is only five minutes from the Margaret River Township with beaches, restaurants, and key tourist attractions all in close proximity.
Loaring Place was purposely built as a B&B and has a guest wing of four rooms each with the same high level of amenities. The rooms have been named after the four major roads off Bussel Highway; Cowaramup, Redgate, Ellenbrook and Wallcliffe. These roads will take you to some of the fabulous beaches along our magnificent coastline and choosing your room will take you on the first stage of your relaxing holiday.
All four rooms are virtually identical in their facilities. Cowaramup and Redgate rooms have a southern outlook and are closer to the car park. Ellenbrook and Wallcliffe rooms are north facing and closer to the alfresco dining area. All have a magnificent perspective out to the forest.
The guest rooms were constructed to provide the ultimate relaxation experience. When you step inside your room you will be treated to clean and modern accommodation with private views of the beautiful Margaret River bush.
Special care has been taken to ensure the privacy of all guests and all rooms have been fitted with theatre grade sound proofing. The rooms are situated so that when you close the door it is as if you are the only guest in the house.
Complementary
afternoon tea is served to guests upon arrival
including coffee, tea and a selection of freshly baked
goods. Wine and cheese platters are available
for purchase.
