LIVING SOCIAL VOUCHER BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Dear Guest,
Thank you for purchasing a Living Social Voucher for accommodation at Loaring Place B&B. The voucher entitles you to a 3 night mid-week stay with a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival plus a full day wine tour on one of the two days during your stay here. We are sure you will really enjoy your stay with us, particularly as you savour the bottle of bubbles and your wine tour will also be a happy event.
If you follow these instructions you will easily be able to find dates that are available to you and then book online.
You are also welcome to book extra nights (including the weekend) at the time of making a booking at a special discount to our advertised rates.
The popularity of these vouchers has meant that many of the keenly sought-after dates may have already been taken but there are still plenty of dates available.
EXTENSION OF VALIDITY
In exceptional circumstances, we may extended the validity of the vouchers up to early December 2012, but you must book before the end of the voucher expiry date and any bookings that we accept will be entirely at our discretion and subject to availability. Vouchers not booked after the expiry date will expire.
Please call us if you need to book beyond the 31 October voucher expiry date. A $50 re-booking fee will apply to bookings beyond the expiry date.
WINE TOUR BOOKING
BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Please follow these instructions to make your booking up to end of October, 2012.
- First, Read all of these instructions, then click on the Book Now Button. This will take you to our booking engine.
- Second, Using the booking engine, find the dates and availability that you require. Click on the date and room that you want and enter in the check-out date. If you require extra nights, the rates showing are at the special discount and will apply for those extra nights. The voucher is only valid for mid-week stays.
- Finally, to complete the booking process, enter in your details and IMPORTANTLY, enter into the box on the right hand side, your voucher number and your redemption code. Enter into the comments box the date you want for the wine tour, whether the first day or the second day. You will need to confirm your booking with your credit card (which will not be charged). Don't worry about the rates and final prices, they are not applicable and you will not be charged unless you have booked extra nights.
That completes the booking process. You will then receive an email confirming the booking and we will receive an email with those details as well. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions including the cancellation policy as detailed on our website. If you wish to reschedule your stay, please call or email and we will endeavour to help you. A $25 re-booking fee will apply to each rescheduling of bookings.
Why not stay a few extra nights at our special discount rates. The rates that are are showing on the booking engine are at a special discount to our normal advertised rate and will be applied for those extra nights. Please mention in the comments that you are taking additional nights. Only those additional nights will be charged to your card.

To get to the booking engine from the website Home Page booking button, enter into the promotion code at the top right of the screen, the word “livingsocial” (all one word, caps or lower case, does not matter). Click on the Apply Button. THIS IS IMPORTANT! as not all rooms available on our website are available to voucher holders.
