Bookings and Rates

To provide our guests with fair value and to encourage longer stays we adjust our tariffs to suit the season, the length of stay and whether the booking is for mid-week or weekend.  Check out our Specials page for deals that might suit you.

Special discounts are available to group packages to cater for weddings and other functions. Please contact us and we will be more than happy to discuss an arrangement.

Deposit

No deposit will be charged, however, a pre-authorisation to the value of the first nights accommodation will be made using your credit card. This pre-authorisation is necessary to validate the credit card and usually lapses within a few days. Full payment will be taken up to 3 days prior to the day of arrival or on the day of arrival.

If cancelled or modified within 3 days of prior to the check-in date and time or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged and if the booking is within a public holiday, long weekend, concert weekend or any weekend from December to March, 100% of the second night will also be charged.

Long weekends and Public Holidays
Some long weekends and public holidays have minimum stay conditions.  The Leeuwin Concert weekend and the Sandalford March long weekend concert have a three night minimum stay condition.
